A superbill is an itemized receipt from a your Therapist (me) that Clients (you) use to get reimbursed by their insurance company for out-of-network services.

It includes all the details an insurance company needs for a claim.

• Clincian name

• Service + Code (see above)

• ICD-10 Code (Diagnosis)

• Dates of service

• Amount Charged (see above)

The Client (you) pays the Therapist (me) directly, then submits the superbill to their insurance to be reimbursed for some or all of the cost.
